A gorgeous home in the Blue Creek Subdivision, in Carbondale CO. Our perfect type of project: great bones, vacant and unfurnished, and a broker and owner who were ready to get the job done.
From initial proposal to the homeowner's confirmation to proceed with the project, staging and professional photography was completed in 8 days. And the results are stunning!
NOTE: Only the downstairs was staged by G + C. Upstairs areas were left empty and unstaged. Any photographs relating to these areas on brokers website are from previously occupied home.

An historic home in Aspen's West End, built in 1886; renovated while still maintaining its historic charm and vibrancy.
The home had been on the rental market for some time and was furnished with some strong pieces but required some editing, refreshing, and additions. Using existing furnishings, we rearranged rooms, removed extraneous and over-sized items, and added our signature sparkle with an array of curated accessories to add polish and refinement..

You cannot get much higher on Red Mountain than this beautiful home!
Our brief was to use the existing furnishings and accessories to transform the main floor of the home which includes a great room with fireplaces at both ends, kitchen and adjacent family room, and bar/entertainment area.. We accepted the challenge and are thrilled with the results regardless of what we had to work with. Over three days, we removed extraneous furnishings, rearranged and rearranged again, and added sparkle, interest and style..
The end result is a furnishing layout that flows and allows the buyer to exhale upon entry. The architecture of the home and the breathtaking views of Aspen, Aspen Mountain, and beyond. sre now able to shine.
